Der Stoff des Genusses
Der Stoff des Genusses is a fashion editorial that explores Swiss foods—meringue, tête de moine, and Herzwaffeln—as luxury fashion, questioning consumption and resources in times of climate change. It's designed as a cookbook lookbook, incorporating recipes and to show the viewers how to make these foods from scratch & then through an illusion these foods are photographed on a model. The entire book is printed using cyanotype, and the pink pages are pages which have been dyed with beet juice ink. The recipes are written on parchment paper.
