Der Stoff des Genusses
Der Stoff des Genusses is a fashion editorial that explores Swiss foods: meringue, tête de moine, and Herzwaffeln as luxury fashion. I am questioning consumption and resources in times of climate change. It's designed as a cookbook lookbook, incorporating recipes and showing viewers how to make these foods from scratch. Through an illusion these foods are photographed on a model. The entire book is printed using cyanotype, and the pink pages have been dyed with beet juice ink. The recipes are written on parchment paper.
